More sales records for new tractors
In June, 1,005 new tractors were registered. More than a thousand registrations in one month were last recorded in December 2018.
The Polish Chamber of Commerce for Agricultural Machines and Facilities, based on the data of the Central Register of Vehicles and Drivers, has published the latest agricultural tractor sales report.
In June, the positive trend in the sale of new tractors continued. For the first time since December 2018, over 1,000 new machines were sold in a month.
The first half of this year, when it comes to sales of new tractors, is clearly better than the data for the same period in 2018 and 2019. By the end of June, a total of 4,763 new tractors were sold. This result is better by 820 units than last year. This means an increase in sales in this period by as much as 20.8%.

New Holland was the most popular brand in the first half of 2020. A total of 962 new tractors of this brand were registered. Kubota is in second place with 563 registrations. John Deere is third, with 543 new tractors sold by the end of June. The Deutz-Fahr brand with 485 registrations was in fourth place, as in the previous month. Zetor closes the top five - 402 tractors sold.
The largest number of new tractors from the beginning of 2020 has been registered in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship. 866 registrations were recorded there. Wielkopolskie voivodship is in second place with 525 items. The third position was taken by Lublin with the result of 460 registrations. On the opposite pole there is the province Lubuskie, where only 93 new tractors were registered. This is the lowest result among all regions.

After six months of this year. the most popular new tractor on the market is the Zetor CL 80 with 138 registrations. The next models are John Deere 6120M - 131 registrations and Deutz-Fahr 5110 G with 102 units sold. Two New Holland tractors - the TD5.85 and T6.125 models - were just off the podium.
